At SONGMICS HOME, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new furniture or home organization solution isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all hardware, tools, and assembly instructions are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
